Am I Pregnant?
If you are sexually active, it is possible to become pregnant even with the use of contraception. The most common pregnancy symptom is a delayed or missed menstrual period. However, there are several symptoms of pregnancy that you may or may not experience, including:
- Missed or delayed period
- Spotting
- Nausea
- Vomiting
- Breast tenderness
- Frequent urination
- Fatigue
Keep in mind that these may also be signs of other medical conditions not related to pregnancy.
When Should I Make an Appointment?
All appointments at the Cabarrus Women’s Center are free, confidential, and provided by a highly trained medical staff.
In order to best serve our patients, we ask that you make an appointment after:
- It has been 4 or more weeks since your last menstrual period
- You have taken a home pregnancy test that turned out “positive”

Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time.
